Started my landscape business in 2012 in northeast ohio. kept it me myself and I until 2015 where I started to take it to the next level. In 2015 I had a 1997 chevy k2500 and a 2000 chevy k3500. Now we are currently running 2 skid steers, 6 trucks and a dedicated sidewalk crew. Alot of people play the box store game or property management game where we prefer to play the subcontractor game. Helps us gain a very good route density. My route alone consists of almost 19 acres of parking lot between 26 sites but I manage it all with one truck. We firmly believe in technology, comfortability. We equip every truck with almost 80000 lumens of lighting, rapid radios, back up cameras, ram swivel mounts for salt spreader controllers and aux panel switches. making operators, drivers, and every employee try to understand every bit of the process and decision making to make them the best they can be. We ran 17 days out of 20. This January and their only bitching was that it was still snowing and weatherman suck. We work as a team from start to finish no one goes home until everything is done. I know there is alot of dislike with buyers plows started running them 19 years ago and we have only completely demolished one. All buyer pro spreaders. Quattro plow on one skid and a virnig wing on another.
